1. Definitions

  • “SefrelShop” or “we”/“our”/“us” refers to the SefrelShop Procurement Team, acting as an intermediary for international product sourcing.

  • “You” or “customer” refers to the vendor, reseller, or individual buyer using our preorder procurement services.

  • “Procurement” means the act of helping customers buy goods from international sources such as China at factory price.

  • “MOQ” refers to Minimum Order Quantity, the least number of items required by factories or suppliers to process an order.

2. Nature of Service

SefrelShop does not own or store the items listed on our preorder pages. The listed items are only for display and group purchase purposes.

We act solely as your agent to help procure products from countries such as China at factory or wholesale prices.

Our listing helps individuals, vendors, and resellers to:

  • Access items at cheaper prices

  • Join group orders to meet supplier’s Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Expand visibility to other buyers

By placing a ‘procure for me”, you authorise us to procure the item(s) on your behalf.


3. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

Shipping is primarily done via sea, which takes time but is cost-effective.

  • In some cases, air shipping may be arranged if you request it.

  • Procured goods are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 months from the close of the procurement placement cycle.

❗️Note: If you cannot wait patiently for this timeline, please do not place an order. There are no immediate deliveries under our procurement service.


4. Procurement Service Charges

Each item you procure includes a procurement service charge.

  • This charge covers the cost of sourcing, negotiation, and handling.

  • It is clearly stated on the website and/or in our customer community.

  • The website price = item cost + service charge.
     You agree to pay this combined amount when making a “procure for me” payment.


5. Shipping Fees

All prices on the website exclude shipping fees.

  • After goods are shipped, the shipping fee for each item will be calculated and communicate

  • You will have at least 2 months to settle the shipping fee after notification.

  • Shipping fees are calculated per item. For example, ordering 20 items means paying the shipping cost for all 20.

  • We may offer bulk discounts based on order quantity.

 

6. Quality Assurance

We are committed to ensuring you get value for your money.

  • We work with trusted suppliers and inspect items as much as possible before shipping.

  • However, due to the nature of international procurement, minor variations may occur.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

SefrelShop serves only as a procurement agent. We are not the manufacturer or shipping company.
 While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safe delivery, we shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs or logistics

  • Damages or loss due to natural disasters or transport accidents (e.g., plane crash, ship capsize)
     In such cases, the shipping company will be held liable and pursued accordingly.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a “procure for me” through SefrelShop:

  • You agree that you understand the procurement model and associated timelines.

  • You accept all fees involved (service and shipping).

  • You acknowledge that we are acting solely as an agent on your behalf.
